1 oz cointreau

1.5 oz lime juice

wedge of lime, garnish

Vigorously shake the first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice for no longer than 10 seconds.

Pour into either a rocks glass over ice or a chilled margarita glass.

Rim can be dressed with either salt or sugar dependent on preference and garnished with a wedge of lime and pineapple.
