PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Under close supervision responsible for the safe production and quality of Frozen Fruit through the operation, maintenance and sanitation of food production and packaging equipment.  May perform the following tasks including lifting, stacking, dumping, pushing and pulling of frozen fruit boxes. Adhere to all GMP, HACCP, safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.

Must be able to set priorities, create and manage work orders, delegate jobs, help maintain parts inventories.  Work with Production Supervisors to give estimate times of completion for maintenance actions and help to establish windows for maintenance to minimize down time. To hire, train, motivate, and develop maintenance personnel by mentoring employees, following discipline guidelines, enforcing attendance policies, and setting an example by personal work ethic and professional interactions.  This will support the maintenance goal to minimize or eliminate any adverse effect on processing, packaging, and storage of frozen fruit due to equipment breakdown.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal / Contracts Management Specialist to join our Corporate Legal team. This role will support a dynamic legal department that partners with commercial and supply chain functions across multiple countries. The purpose of the IT Support Analyst role is to provide technology support to the business and end users in a timely manner, provide support for Development Operations initiatives, develop, and contribute to documented processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) – as well as to help monitor computer network issues, and operate software to protect computer systems infrastructure. 

This position is based in our Westlake Village, CA office and requires on-site presence five days per week. Participation in the after-hours on-call rotation is also required. Work schedules may be adjusted as needed to meet evolving business and support requirements.

Provide leadership, assistance and direction to manufacturing quality assurance teams in Atwater, CA and Atlanta, GA, and overall responsibility for food safety and quality at the Atwater plant. Candidate will be involved in all aspects of quality and food safety including but not limited to Food Safety Plans, HACCP, GMP training, program evaluation and implementation, compliance audits, root cause analysis and CAPA.

Core office hours (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday. Shift cover and overtime as needed.

The Senior Manager of Sales Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and performance across key channels (Retail, Club, E-Commerce). This individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership to create long-term sales strategies and lead the translation of category strategies and innovation launches into actionable channel and customer execution. The Senior Manager of Sales Strategy will also ensure the sales team is fully equipped with the tools, training, and resources required to succeed in selling to key retailers, aligning all efforts with company goals, budgets, and customer segmentation.
