A key member of Dole’s Foodservice Sales Strategy team, the Trade Strategy Analyst supports the foodservice customer organization across pricing analysis, operator trade management, and opportunity analysis using operator rebate data. This team member will drive these activities through operator data analysis, contract system management, and volume reviews to identify volume trend shifts and operator opportunities. This individual is key in ensuring our pricing offers are aligned for both Dole and operator success and will be critical in ensuring we maximize our partnerships through identifying and closing operator portfolio gaps.

This role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our Westlake Village, CA office. (Hybrid is defined as three times per week in the office).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Production Supervisor directly supervises associates on assigned shift(s) to ensure production guidelines are met within established timing, quality, and cost standards. Trains, directs, coaches and leads the production team in the day-to-day operations to meet production, safety and quality requirements. Drives the communication of production goals and objectives, as well as results in order to effectively motivate the team to maintain a high standard of product quality while maximizing plant efficiencies. The Senior Customer Category Management Analyst supports the Category Management team for the purpose of developing category-selling presentations by analyzing trade programs, market information, shopper insights, panel and other data to tell a story armed with facts. The position will employ multiple data sources including Circana (IRI), internal data, consumer insights, and customer-specific information (Ex: 84.51, Retail Link, Mintel, and dunnhumby), to proactively identify segment and competitive trends, highlighting category and Dole opportunities.

As a key member of Dole’s Commercial Finance team, the Sales Finance Manager, Foodservice serves as a strategic finance partner to the Foodservice division. This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and guiding commercial and financial performance across the channel. The Sr. Manager, COE & Frozen Category acts as the strategic architect for Dole’s frozen fruit portfolio and the Procurement function’s intelligence capabilities. This role is responsible for (1) Strategic Sourcing: Leading end-to-end strategy, hedging, and supplier partnerships for the high-volatility frozen fruit category; and (2) Center of Excellence (COE) Leadership: Defining the “Dole Way” of sourcing by establishing market intelligence methodologies, enhancing dashboards, scorecards and strategic tools that empower the entire procurement organization to make faster, data-driven decisions.

The Human Resources Business Partner(HRBP) is accountable for delivering human resources support to a frozen fruit manufacturing facility for Dole Packaged Foods. This is a hands-on HR position supporting the manufacturing plant of approximately 100 employees through partnering and driving the implementation of HR processes and initiatives throughout the plant. This role is partner in promoting a results oriented and performance driven culture. As a people leader, this role has a HR Coordinator to support HR and Plant objectives. The HRBP will be lead employee relations, employment/recruiting and staffing, onboarding, records administration, performance management and training, and other various HR functions. The position will also support wage, salary, and benefit administration functions.

This role reports into the Manufacturing Human Resources Director, based in California and will be a partner to the Plant Manager and Operations teams.
