You will need

  • 2 cans (398mL) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • 3 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Method

  1. In medium bowl, stir together pineapple, sweet pepper, onion, basil, vinegars, red pepper flakes and salt.
  2. Cover; chill for at least 1 hour to blend flavours.
  3. Serve over grilled turkey or hamburgers. Salsa can also be served as a dip with tortilla chips or spooned over quesadillas or tacos.
