Italian Pineapple Salsa

You will need
- 2 cans (398mL) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 3 tbsp chopped red onion
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp salt
Method
- In medium bowl, stir together pineapple, sweet pepper, onion, basil, vinegars, red pepper flakes and salt.
- Cover; chill for at least 1 hour to blend flavours.
- Serve over grilled turkey or hamburgers. Salsa can also be served as a dip with tortilla chips or spooned over quesadillas or tacos.
