Like we said before, cooking this stir fry is an absolute breeze. And if you’ve already looked below, don’t let the ingredient list intimidate you – you’ll notice there’s only a few simple parts to this recipe. First, you’ll start by cooking your rice. Then, after prepping your ingredients with some slicing, you’ll add your chicken and spices to your wok or large pan. Next, you’ll create a mixture of pineapple juice, KIKKOMAN® stir fry sauce and KIKKOMAN soy sauce, and add it to your chicken. Finally, you’ll throw in your broccoli and pineapple chunks, cook for a few more minutes, plate with your rice, and voila! Your colorful and satisfying dinner is ready to be devoured.

There’s two secrets to what makes this stir fry taste so good, and the first is the freshness of the spices. When you chop up fresh spices as opposed to using dried varieties, it’s scientifically proven that you unlock a much deeper and complex flavor profile for your dish. Secondly, by using high quality brands, you’re elevating your meal with a strong yet harmonious balance of sweet, savory, and umami. The naturally sweet and tropical DOLE® Pineapple combines with savory KIKKOMAN® stir fry sauce to bring out the best of both flavors, while the umami of KIKKOMAN soy sauce adds a layer of richness to the table.

As for drinks to pair with your stir fry, we’ve got you covered. You can use some of your leftover ginger to make a mango maple ginger mocktail, or you could mix up a pineapple ginger & mint mocktail with some ginger beer. Drinking either of these alongside your stir fry will brighten the ginger flavors, further complementing the taste of the dish. And, if you want to take a break from cooking, you could grab a can of DOLE® FRUITIFY® Energize Pineapple Juice with Green Tea Extract – the herbal notes of green tea will accentuate the sweet, savory, and umami balance of your dinner. If you try any of these, or a drink of your own that pairs well with the stir fry, let us know in a review below!
