Stuka returns to Dole forging sales and marketing under new unified commercial leadership

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., August 25, 2026 – Dole Packaged Foods, LLC today announced the return of Stan Stuka now in the role of Vice President, Commercial. In this newly created role, he will lead a unified Sales and Marketing organization, bringing teams together to drive commercial growth and strengthen brand performance.

Based at Dole’s headquarters in Westlake Village, California, Stuka will report directly to Hidehiro Tanabe, President of Dole Packaged Foods, U.S. This new role will align brand strategy, pricing, and customer execution to accelerate decision-making and drive stronger integrated business results.

Stuka brings more than 20 years of experience across the consumer packaged goods, biotechnology, and consulting industries, with a history of connecting brand strategy to operational execution. In his previous role at Dole, Stan was responsible for the Shelf Stable business where his team consistently delivered top and bottom-line growth through consumer-centric campaigns, innovation, product renovation, and disciplined execution. 

Stuka’s business foundation began in his family’s sports memorabilia store, where he learned the fundamentals of small business operations. That experience helped shape a commercial leadership career spanning Amgen, Dole, and Del Monte, with expertise in brand development, growth strategy, and execution. Beyond driving growth, he is a dedicated leader known for establishing strong collaborative culture, cultivating top talent and high-performing teams.
