Ingredients

1/2 cup bottled baja chipotle marinade with lime juice, divided

250g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 small red onion, cut into chunks

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
Steps to Sunshine!

Pour the baja marinade over the shrimps in a large sealable container.

Refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes.

Remove shrimp from Baja marinade.

Thread the shrimp, pineapple chunks, onion and bell peppers onto skewers.

Grill or broil for 8 minutes turning and brushing with reserved baja marinade or until shrimp turns pink.
