Sweet & Spicy Pineapple Wings

Ingredients

8 chicken wings

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp honey

1 garlic clove

1 tsp grated ginger

Mix pineapple, sriracha, honey, garlic and ginger.

Coat wings and marinate for 30 mins.

Roast at 200°C for 30–35 mins, turning once.

Serve with a pineapple yoghurt dip.
