You take full ownership of your customer portfolio and play a key role in accelerating Dole’s presence across the UK, delivering double-digit revenue growth, increasing market share, and improving gross margin year on year, in line with (or above) budget.

You successfully land the core Dole range and new product launches (NPD) with retailers, while ensuring strong forecast accuracy at product and customer level to support availability and performance. Working closely with the wider UK and European team, you bring energy, commercial sharpness and a true growth mindset to everything you do, driving results through collaboration and ownership.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

- Identify and prioritise high-potential growth opportunities, based on channel insights and customer needs.
- Contribute directly to double-digit regional revenue growth targets, while improving gross profit margin.
- Account Strategy & Execution Excellence
- Develop and deliver compelling, insight-led customer business plans with a clear commercial rationale.
- Translate strategy into outstanding execution, ensuring agreements land successfully in-market.
- Continuously optimise performance, spotting opportunities to improve distribution, visibility and sales results.
- Customer P&L Ownership & Commercial Decision-Making
- Take full ownership of customer-specific P&L performance, including revenue, margin and commercial investments.
- Lead commercial decision-making for your accounts, balancing growth ambitions with profitability.
- Evaluate opportunities with a sharp eye for long-term value creation.
- Relationship Building & Channel Network Development
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners and operators across the UK market.
- Establish trust-based, long-term partnerships that support joint growth and mutual success.
- Represent Dole as a credible, proactive and entrepreneurial commercial partner in the channel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (UK & Europe)
- Work closely with teams across Dole Packaged Foods Europe to unlock opportunities and solve challenges.
- Collaborate proactively with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Product Development to deliver customer needs.
- Ensure strong alignment between commercial priorities and operational delivery, supporting excellent customer experience.
